3.       Not misuse the App in any way.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the App, including but not limited to content, graphics, UI and code, is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, modify, or exploit any part of the App without our permission.
