Bruno Maurel, Our Passionate Chairman & Founder
In a world that often feels disconnected and fragmented, Bruno Maurel knew that something as simple as kindness could bridge the gap. He had a strong sense of belief and had seen firsthand, just how much small, and intentional acts of kindness could heal, uplift, and transform lives. But, he also knew that kindness needed to be more than just a fleeting gesture—it needed to be a movement. A movement that would change lives, and change the world. One small step of kindness at a time. Time and time again.
With over 4 decades of leadership, Bruno’s journey has never been about business alone —it has always been about people. From revolutionising Australia’s retail landscape to backing over 1,000 cancer research projects and raising $138 million through Tour de Cure, his unwavering and passionate, dedicated and impactful commitment to making a difference, earned him the prestigious Order of Australia Medal (OAM). Despite his notable achievements, one fundamental truth remained clear to him: Kindness has the power to change the world. And in 2025, this is more important than ever before.
